ALL SALES ARE FINAL ONCE HAIR HAS BEEN OPENED, WORN, INSTALLED, CUT, COLORED, BLEACHED, WASHED, COMBED, BRUSHED, STYLED, ALTERED, OR OTHERWISE MANIPULATED.

Because hair is a personal-use product, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds on hair that has been opened or handled.

DO NOT OPEN OR ALTER YOUR HAIR IF YOU ARE UNSURE ABOUT YOUR PURCHASE.

Please carefully review the product description, length, texture, color, and other product information before placing your order.

Eligible Returns

If a return is permitted, the item must:

• Be requested within 10 calendar days of delivery

• Be completely unopened and unused

• Remain in its original packaging

• Have all original tags, lace, packaging, and accessories intact

• Show absolutely no signs of wear, manipulation, or alteration

Once 10 calendar days have passed from delivery, the item is no longer eligible for return.

Items That CANNOT Be Returned

Returns will NOT be accepted if the hair or wig has been:

• Opened

• Worn or tried on

• Installed

• Cut or trimmed

• Bleached

• Colored or dyed

• Washed

• Conditioned

• Combed or brushed

• Curled or straightened

• Styled or manipulated in any way

• Removed from its original packaging or altered from its original condition

Any item returned that does not meet our return requirements will be sent back to the customer and will not qualify for a refund.

Wrong Item / Damaged Item

If you believe you received the wrong item or your order arrived damaged, you must contact us through our Contact Us page within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Do not open, wear, install, or manipulate the item while waiting for instructions.

Refunds

If a return is approved, refunds will only be issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

If an item does not meet the requirements listed in this policy, no refund will be issued.
